Ryan Murphy

Ryan MURPHY (1965, United States) is a sceenwriter, producer and filmmaker. He is co-author of the scripts for popular American television series such as Nip/Tuck (2003), Glee (2009) and American Horror Story (2011). As a film director, he is known principally for the film Eat Pray Love (2010). In 2015, Murphy's The Normal Heart, about the rise of Aids in the New York gay community, is included in IFFR 2015’s Signals: Everyday Propaganda section.
