New York-based artist Richard SANDLER (1946) makes documentary films and videos. He is also a street photographer and a photography curator. Sandler was awarded a Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship for filmmaking in 2006. His new documentary <b>Radioactive City </b>premieres at the IFFR 2012.<br />
