Pierre Földes

Pierre FÖLDES (USA) is a composer, painter and filmmaker. He was born to Hungarian-British parents and raised in Paris, where he studied piano and composition at the École Normale de Musique de Paris and the Sorbonne. He has composed video games, commercials, TV series and films, including the original score for director Michael Cuesta'sL.I.E. (2001). His animation feature film based on short stories by Haruki Murakami, Blind Willow, Sleeping Woman (2022), is selected for IFFR 2023.
