Park Dae-Min

PARK Dae-Min (1974) is a South Korean filmmaker and screenwriter. He majored in Architecture but decided later on to make a career of his passion for cinema. In the early 2000s, he began to make short films, of which one named Hey What Are You Looking For? (2002) was nominated for the Busan International Short Film Festival. In 2005, he won the 7th Makdong Scenario Contest, held by HIM Pictures with support of Cine21, which allowed him to make and write his first feature film, Private Eye (2009). He was also both the filmmaker and the screenwriter for his second feature film, Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River (2016).
