Massimo Sarchielli

Massimo SARCHIELLI (1931, Florence, Italy) was educated at a technical institute. After working as a mime, he went to New York to attend the school of Etienne De Croux where he lived for about four years. After graduating Sarchielli continued his studies in Paris for a few months before moving back to his home country. He attended drama classes in Milan and it was from this moment that he got involved with several famous people from the film industry including Federico Fellini and Orson Welles. Together with his friend Alberto Grifi he directed the documentary Anna in 1975.
