Martha Colburn

Martha COLBURN (1971, USA) is a filmmaker and teaches animation film. She attended the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore and the Rijksakademie in Amsterdam. Her interest in multimedia art and installations arose in the Netherlands. She quickly transformed this into more diverse works of art, besides her regular filmmaking. Colburn has worked with Super-8 since 1995. Her films have been screened and awarded at various international film festivals.
