Maria Mauti

Maria MAUTI (1974, Italy) is a documentary filmmaker. Since 2003, she has collaborated with the satellite channel Classica, for which she writes and directs various programmes on contemporary Italian music, opera and dance. In 2013, she collaborated with Giovanni Giommi on the documentary Memorie about the history of the Teatro Grande in Brescia, which was shown as an installation in the grand hall of the theatre. The film L’amatore (2016) is her first feature-length documentary.
