Mamadou Dia

Mamadou DIA is a Senegalese filmmaker currently based in New York where he is completing his Master of Fine Arts at Tisch School of the Arts, New York University. His stories are rooted in daily realities, inspired by his life in Senegal and his travels. Dia’s short films have been selected at international film festivals in Africa, Toronto and Venice.
