Filmmaker, producer and editor Leonardo SETTE (France) is based in Recife, Brazil. He attended film school in Cuba (EICTV) and France (La Fémis) and obtained a degree in Cinema History from the Sorbonne. His first short film Ocidente (2008) received the Best Film award at the Rio de Janeiro International Short Film Festival. He has collaborated with Video nas Aldeias, a pioneering project that supports and produces indigenous filmmaking in Brazil. He also founded production company Lucinda Filmes.
