Laura Kraning

Laura KRANING regularly exhibited her paintings before she started making films. Laura’s work has screened at several festivals, such as International Film Festival Rotterdam, Edinburgh International Film Festival, Athens International Film and Video Festival, the Ann Arbor Film Festival, and Festival du Nouveau Cinema, among others. Kraning has won several awards with her films, including the Leon Speakers Award and Jury Awards at the Ann Arbor Film Festival. She currently teaches in the Program in Film and Video at California Institute of the Arts.
