John Kneller

John KNELLER was born in Switzerland and and grew up in Hudson, Quebec in Canada. In 1985, he moved to Toronto where he was educated in film at the University. Later he enlarged his education with a MFA at the University of New York. John makes experimental films in which he creates optical illusions. Recently he has focused on layered optical printing, animation and time-lapse cinematography. He is also Professor in the Media Arts Film programme at Sheridan College, Oakville.
