Francesca Scalisi

Italian director and editor Francesca SCALISI (1982) and Swiss director and producer Mark Olexa (1984) are based in Fribourg, Switzerland, where they run the film production company DOK MOBILE. In 2015 they made the short film Moriom, which received the award for Best Short Doc at several festivals. Their first feature length documentary Half-life in Fukushima, received the award for Best Documentary in 2017 at Silk Road Festival and at Broadway International Film Festival. They are also the creators and the artistic directors of the Flying Film Festival, a short-film competition held entirely in the air, in partnership with Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS).
