Dominique Gonzalez-Foerster

Dominique GONZALEZ-FOERSTER (1965, France) makes short, minimalistic films and installations that make viewers wonder about the story behind her work. In 2011, Gonzalez-Foerster produced a large-scale performance in the Guggenheim Museum, New York, entitled T.1912, about the sinking of the Titanic in 1912. Gonzalez-Foerster lives and works in Paris and Rio de Janeiro.
