Bentley Brown

Bentley BROWN (1988, USA/Chad) is a producer and director born in Dallas, Texas. In 1999, at the age of 11, he moved with his family to Chad. In 2009, he co-directed the feature Captain Majid, which was selected at IFFR. Since then he has made several short films and taught filmmaking and interactive media between 2015 and 2018 in Saudi Arabia’s first university-level filmmaking programme for women. He is also undertaking research for a PhD in Emergent Technologies and Media Art Practice at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
