Azar Saiyar

Azar SAIYAR (1979, Finland) is a visual artist and filmmaker who's practice focusses on moving images which incorporate digital and archival materials. Themes of collective memory, daily routines, identity, language and 'looking' are explored in her individual and collaborative work, which has appeared in solo exhibitions throughout Finland, and at many international film and media art festivals including the European Media Art Festival.
