Andréa Seligmann Silva

Andréa SELIGMANN SILVA (1970, Brazil) has been working in cinema in São Paulo, New York and Amsterdam since 1989. She has, for instance, worked as a Deputy Director and Programmer for the São Paulo International Short Film Festival. Andréa has also worked as editor, sound designer and foley artist for several films. Separations (2010) is her first feature length documentary. She directed the film together with Academy Professor and video artist Mieke Bal.
