Özcan Alper
Özcan ALPER (1975, Turkey) studied Physics and History of Science at the University of Istanbul. Since 1997 he has worked as an assistant director and production manager. He has also directed short fiction films and short documentaries. Autumn (2008) was his feature debut. Özcan was one of the five makers of the omnibus film Tales from Kars (2010). Memories of the Wind (2015) is his third feature.
