Omar A. Razzak
Omar is a producer from the Canary Islands trained in Madrid, Paris and Montreal. He’s been selected by Berlinale Talents, Biennale College Cinema in Venice and Torino Film Lab Up & Coming for emerging producers. He has co-produced one fiction feature film, Last Days of Spring by Isabel Lamberti, winner of the New Directors award in San Sebastian, two Colombian documentaries, Double Me which premiered in Jihalava, and Black Kisses that premiered in POFF Tallin, an animated documentary short film premiered in Annecy La Prima Cosa, and a Goya-nominated fiction short film A Whole Future Together by Pablo Remón. He is a founding partner of the independent production film company Tourmalet Films.

Tourmalet Films is a Goya-winning production company with 20 short and feature films selected at international festivals such as Venice, Cannes, San Sebastian, Malaga Festival, Seville, SEMINCI, Visions du Reel, Annecy and Documenta Madrid. Among their work is the stand-out Last Days of Spring by Isabel Lamberti, winner of the New Directors award in San Sebastian; The Art of Return by Pedro Collantes, selected for the Biennale College Cinema; and Stockholm, Rodrigo Sorogoyen’s first film. Tourmalet is focused on art-house films of new directors without distinctions between fiction, documentaries or animation.
