Josue Simparingabo
Josue Simparingabo is a film producer and actor from Rwanda. Josue has several producing credits, which include award-winning films like Akarwa (2017), Kazungu (2018) and A Taste of Our Land (2020). All of which have been screened in both local and international film festivals.
Izacu – Rwanda
Izacu [i-za-chu] is an independent film production company based in Kigali, Rwanda. Since being founded in 2016, it has produced some of the most successful films in the country including short films like Ishaba (Yuhi Amuli 2015), Rayila (Mutiganda wa Nkunda 2014), Akarwa (Yuhi Amuli, 2017) and Kazungu (Yuhi Amuli 2018). Izacu has produced the feature films A Taste of Our Land (Yuhi Amuli 2020), Nameless (Mutiganda wa Nkunda 2021), Citizen Kwame (Yuhi Amuli/ Post-Production). Izacu is currently developing various projects including feature films Uwera and Mariya, aiming for international co-productions and audiences.
