The original title was The Great Pasty Triumph and other titles were Exotic Landlordism and Crab Lagoon. The actors are also far from ‘normal’. Jonas Mekas, who counts Normal Love among the masterpieces of underground cinema, whore that one of the actors was in a mental home. Another, Naomi Levine, plays a six-footed spider and descends from a web.
