Iana Celest Bernardez

Iana Celest Bernardez is a young producer based in the Philippines who started her career in 2017 as a freelancer working mostly on local festival films. In 2018, she started to produce with Epicmedia. Her most notable film is Dwein Baltazar’s Ode to Nothing, which won 6 awards at the Qcinema IFF, including Best Film. It also competed at Karlovy Vary IFF and Fantasia. Her filmography as producer/line producer includes Bradley Liew’s Motel Acacia (competed at Tokyo IFF and Taipei Golden Horse); Rae Red's The Girl and the Gun (winner, Best Director at the Qcinema IFF, competed at Osaka AFF and opening film of New York AFF) and Nikolas Red's debut film, Posthouse (winner, Discovery of Asia Award at the NAFF It Project Market).

Epicmedia – Philippines

Epicmedia is an award-winning production studio based in Manila established in 2011. Its mission is to create movies that matter by collaborating with fearless filmmakers and discovering the next generation of storytellers. By pooling some of the most capable, hard-working freelance talent in the Philippines, Epicmedia has been able to produce a truly diverse body of work – from internationally-acclaimed films, to box office hits, to TV series, and branded content.
