Gina Tan
Based in Singapore, Gina Tan started off as a first assistant director working on features, television series and commercials. Her short film, Pencil has screened in international festivals and won Best Film and Best Screenplay at the Singapore National Youth Film Awards. Another short film she produced, The Drum, was in competition for the Clermont Ferrand International Short Film Festival. Her films put focus on the moral compasses of people. She relishes in exploring characters and the difficult decisions that one makes in such scenarios. Her experience with different genres has proven her to be a versatile director-producer with a sharp sensibility. She is currently working on her first feature film project titled 1708.

birdmandog is a production house made up of individuals across various fields, in the business of storytelling. Unified in creating concept-driven content, we have an eye for the unconventional in both our artistic and commercial work. An original concept. A distinct style. But most of all...it's the stories that matter. From narrative to documentaries to online content, we offer our perspective of the world as we see it and aim to continue doing so through the lens of birdmandog.
