Francesca Moino
Francesca attained a master-level degree in communication science studying both at the University of Bologna and at the University of California. She has extensive experience as executive across film acquisitions, sales/distribution, feature films and audiovisual production, having worked both in Italy and in the UK for Hardy Pictures Ltd, DocLab, P.F.A. Film, Todos Contentos Y Yo Tambien, Paco Cinematografica. For Minerva Pictures Group she worked as head of development and consultant for TV serials and documentaries. As head of development she worked, among other projects, on Caliber 9, an Italian/Belgian International co-production which premiered at Torino Film Fest 2020. She currently works as a consultant, and at K+ as delegate producer specialised in international co-productions having recently worked on the short film The Scent of Tangerine and on Olimpia’s Way, a debut feature selected for the MIA Film Co-Pro Market & Pitching Forum 2021.
K+ – Italy
K+ (member of EPC) is a film production company based in Verona, Italy, founded by producer Nicola Fedrigoni. In the span of a few short years K+ has managed to produce award winning feature films and docs. Among them: Disco Ruin, a feature doc presented at Rome Film Fest 2020 and selected for IDFA Docs for Sale 2021; the feature films Only the Living Can Die, which premiered at BIF&ST 2020 and The Last Prosecco, 2017, selected for numerous international festivals. Currently in production and post: Olimpia’s Way, a debut feature selected this year for the MIA Film Co-Production Forum, and two docu-series: Sound Gigante co-produced with Sky Arte Italia and Gilles Villeneuve - The Aviator with Rai Documentari. Among the films in development is Indecent Acts in a Private Place, the second feature by Adriano Valerio, in association with Indiana Production.
