You can watch a film through ‘pay-per-view’. Some films are not available outside the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg). If that is the case, you will see a message that in the IFFR Unleashed box on the film page.

IFFR offers payment by credit card and iDEAL.

Yes. To change your settings, log in and go to your account page. If you want to change a setting that is not shown on your account page, please send an email to [email protected].

Simply pick a film you’d like to see and fill in your voucher code in the field "I have a discount code" on the page with an overview of your order.

You will receive an overview of the purchase by email. You can also find these purchases in your personal account. If you want to receive an invoice including VAT, please can send an email to [email protected].

When you rent a film, it will be available for you to watch for 72 hours after you pressed play. The film can be stopped and started at any point within these 72 hours. 

Yes, you can. Please be aware that the availability of films can vary from country to country. The country in which you registered determines which films you’ll have access to. It’s not currently possible to watch films in the USA and Canada. 

To change your password, click on the login button in the top-right corner of your screen. When you’re in the login screen, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions. This will give you the option to reset your password.
