How can I watch a film?

In the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg) you can watch a film through ‘pay-per-view’ or through a subscription. Outside the Benelux you can watch films through ‘pay-per-view’ only.

What are the payment methods?

IFFR offers payment by credit card and iDEAL.

Can I change or edit my account settings?

Yes. To change your settings, log in and go to your account page. If you want to change a setting that is not shown on your account page, please send an email to [email protected].

How do I cancel my subscription?

Whether you picked a monthly or yearly model, you can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. You’ll still be able to watch films until the end of your subscription period. The subscription fee is non-refundable.

I have a voucher code. How can I use it?

Simply pick a film you’d like to see and fill in your voucher code when asked for payment details.

I rented a film. Where can I see the invoice of my purchase?

You can find invoices in your personal account environment. If you want to receive an invoice including VAT, please send an email to [email protected].

I rented a film. How long is it available to watch?

When you rent a film, it will be available for you to watch for 72 hours after you pressed play. The film can be stopped and started at any point within these 72 hours. 

Can I access IFFR Unleashed films from another country?

Yes, you can. Please be aware that the availability of films can vary from country to country. The country in which you registered determines which films you’ll have access to. It’s not currently possible to watch films in the USA and Canada. 

When do I pay if I choose the subscription model?

Once you’ve chosen a monthly or yearly subscription, the first payment will be debited immediately. After the first month, the next payment of the monthly subscription will take place at the end of the month.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, click on the login button in the top-right corner of your screen. When you’re in the login screen, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions. This will give you the option to reset your password.
