Changes to your online account

We updated you earlier about the changes of our ticketing system provider. After lots of work, our new ticketing system finally went live at the end of August.
As mentioned before, due to security and privacy reasons, the password of your existing IFFR account was not migrated to the new ticketing system. This means that you have to update your password. Luckily, this is easy to do!
Click on "Login" and then on “Forgot password” or go directly to the page here, and fill in your email address. You will receive an email with a link where you can reset your password. If you have a problem resetting your password due to an error message that your email address is not known, it could mean that something went wrong during the migration. The easiest way to fix this is to create a new account.
