“There is something between us I just can’t fathom.” This is how pioneer Abigail describes her feelings for her new neighbour. A gorgeous, devastating love story centred around a relationship between two women that challenges male-dominated frontier society. Director Mona Fastvold captures the harsh nature of America in all its romance and ruthlessness.
The film will be shown online on Wednesday 2 June at 19:00 hours (CEST) – without a 72-hour on demand option – to mark the opening of the festival.
Mona Fastvold will also give a Big Talk on 3 June.
Ticket sales go live on 21 May!
