IFFR Pro at virtual Cannes market


The first digital edition of the Marché du Film will take place from 22 to 26 June. Just like every ‘normal’ year, IFFR representatives will attend the market alongside filmmakers and producers with a recent connection with IFFR.

Producers Network

IFFR Pro's Marit van den Elshout, Inke van Loocke and Fay Breeman will moderate some of the Producers Network breakfasts and evening sessions. The morning session will take place from 10:00 to 11:00 CET and the evening meetings are set from 18:00 to 19:00 CET. Marit van den Elshout will also join the Co-production Markets Catch-up, held on Monday, 22 June.

Cannes announced its 2020 film lineup last week. Among the selected 56 films, four are supported by either IFFR’s Hubert Bals Fund or were previously presented at CineMart. Here we are by Nir Bergman was co-produced by Rotterdam Lab 2018 participants Jonathan Doweck (Spiro Films) from Israel, and Marica Stocchi (Rosamont) from Italy
