Nordisk Film has been producing films since 1906, when it was founded in Denmark. We are proud of our back catalogue with titles such as Charter (2020) by Amanda Kernell, Queen of Hearts (2019) by May el-Toukhy, Land of Mine (2015) by Martin Zandvliet, A War (2015) by Tobias Lindholm and Kon-Tiki (2013) by Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg, where the last three films were nominated for an Oscar. We operate in Denmark, Sweden and Norway where we are continuously building on our strong production platforms across all of Scandinavia.
Anna Warfvinge, educated at the Documentary Filmmaking School on the island of Öland, has been working with film and television since 2010. During 2010-2014 she worked at the Swedish Television Public Broadcaster - SVT, mainly with children TV -shows and fictional drama. Anna has produced the two shorts Trophies and Summers Past, the latter nominated for the 1km Film Prize at Stockholm International Film Festival. Since 2015 Anna has been working at Nordisk Film.
