Aleksandra Aleksander

Aleksandra Aleksander is a Polish talent manager, junior producer and graduate of the Film School in Katowice and the Wajda School in Warsaw. She has participated in international workshops, including MFI Script 2 Film as a trainee in script development and team coaching, and Midpoint Feature Launch for producers (with Dekel Berenson's Aliya feature). She is head of the film and TV department at Match and Spark, a talent agency representing over 65 audiovisual creators, including filmmakers Monika Lenczewska, Łukasz Żal, Michał Marczak, Dekel Berenson, Kuba Czekaj, Jagna Dobesz, and Mela Melak. She has been the production manager for dozens of short films and music videos, as well as the latest production by American director Roberta Grossman in Poland.

Match and Spark  – Poland

Match and Spark is a talent management, production and packaging company based in Warsaw, Poland. Representing the new generation of Polish filmmakers, the company focuses on bringing their boundless creativity to media across the world.

Match and Spark manages outstanding Eastern European talent. Among 65 filmmakers are Oscar nominated DP Lucas Zal, whose most recent films are I’m Thinking of Ending Things (dir. Charlie Kaufman) and Cold War (dir. Paweł Pawlikowski), as well as DP Monika Lenczewska, who was selected as one of the top ten directors of photography in 2016 by Variety.

Match and Spark’s recent credits include Who Will Write Our History directed by Roberta Grossman and produced alongside executive producer Nancy Spielberg. Match and Spark also provides expertise and consulting services on feature projects, TV series and documentary productions, being actively involved in projects from the stages of early development.
