An ordinary man turns vigilante to take on the rampant crime and corruption in his city of Nairobi, in this interactive web series that rallies the audience to vote on the fate of criminals. A dramatisation of Kenya's issues with crime and vigilante justice, Tuko Macho centers on a vigilante gang who kidnap criminals in Nairobi, and asks viewers to vote on their execution or release. If you had the chance to condemn a criminal to death, would you do it?

Tuko Macho is a groundbreaking interactive crime web series by The Nest Collective from Nairobi, Kenia. Founded in 2012, the Nest Collective has created works in film, music, fashion, visual arts and literature. Other works in the PACT programme are Stories of Our Lives, We Need Prayers: This One Went to Market and the VR work Let This Be a Warning.
