Director John Shu has brought short, imaginative films to Rotterdam before. He made this one for the Central Weather Bureau of Taiwan. They apparently allowed him to make fun of their profession. This bizarrely funny, small science-fiction film is set in 2078 as farcical space storms hammer the Earth.
