Out of Love tells a story of street children in the aftermath of the Kosovo war. Through monologues, we share their memories and their fears, against the background of an unreal-looking Pristina. During the first scenes, it is not clear whether we're watching a documentary or a feature film. The alienating mix of both at first seems to create a distance, but the impact of this approach soon becomes apparent.
