The Chrysalides Trilogy is a brilliantly filmed tiding of doom. In the first part, I Feel Cold Today, a deserted office is slowly wiped out by a snowstorm. The second part, Chrysalide, is set in a sinister underground car park where a businessman drowns as a car fills with water. The last part, 13, brings together in one masterful camera movement all twelve floors of the Fashion Plaza in Montréal into one microcosm. A chronicle of predicted demise.
