Gewichtig wachten

Weight is a series of four short films. Each is based on an excerpt from literary fiction. They demonstrate the subtle tension that precedes a key moment in the plot, an essence without function. The IFFR 2009 is screening two films from this series: Oracle Night (based on a book by Paul Auster) and Hard-Boiled Wonderland at the End of the World (based on a book by Haruki Murakami).
