A clever yet lightly composed comedy about the inhabitants of a high-rise apartment complex and possibly most of all about the building itself. Or even about Singapore in general. The ordered living environment is captured in tightly ordered images. The film is made up of three parts - Flat, Neighbourhood Watch, Void Deck - and each has the perspective of a different generation. Dreams getting older.
