Meticulous observations of the terrifying silence of car parks, shops and suburbs in an American society that is becoming increasingly guarded. With the exception of a few security men behind huge walls of monitors, the night looks barren. Not a soul ventures into the street. Until suddenly the silence is a broken and a man embarks on what looks like a hopeless attempt to escape from the allseeing eye. How a lucid look at security technique can playfully turn into a horror film.
