Routemaster (The Original San Francisco Mix)

A cinematographic portrait of speed. An editing of the speed of racing cars, an amalgamation of the subject with the film material and also an exploration of the use of human corpses in staged accidents. The layered soundtrack ideally suggests the sensation of movement and speed. Ilppo Pohjola has made several prize-winning short films and a number of experimental television documentaries.
