First professional feature shot on VHS. A father returns in the company of his two daughters to his birthplace. In the realisation that his end is nigh, he makes up the balance of his life. He cherishes a desire to visit Venice just one more time. Surrounded by the care of his daughters, a visiting barber and a doctor, not entirely free of charge, he celebrates his seventieth birthday. During the party, he collapses and has the trip of his life one last time. Doubts between truth and time determine today. Just as every today was a yesterday. Only in that one today was truth a lie and not in the other. The protagonists would appear trapped and not just in this contradiction, but also in their inability to transcend themselves.
