Gu Yan takes his wife, who is going to study abroad, to the airport. There he meets Lin Zhouyun, whose husband is also going to study abroad. Lin suddenly faints and Gu Yan takes her to hospital. They start to visit each other regularly and have an affair.It is three years after the departure of Lin's husband when she gets a visa to visit him. Now she knows Gu Yan, she faces a difficult choice.
